UPCOMING SEMINARS
* We offer ongoing seminars to coaches, parents, teachers or anyone interested in learning about how to deal with some of the most common injuries. * We believe that the key to a strong back is balance! We want to offer our expertise to the public on how to maintain a healthy back! * Nutrition! A lot of coaches and players are concerned with what they need to eat days before a competition or just prior to a competition.
