12 Week Off-Ice Conditioning Program
Phase 1 Cancelled
1 Session per week for the first 6 weeks - Wed. 6:00 - 7:30 pm
2 Sessions per week for the last 6 weeks - Mon., Wed. 6:00 - 7:30pm
Total - 27 hours
Maximum 30 athletes - Open to athletes 13+ years of age
Dryland Locations
Malaspina University-College Gymnasium
Various Outdoor Training Locations
4 Week Off-Season Speed and Power Program
June 27 - July 21, 2005
2 Sessions per week off-ice plus
2 Sessions per week on-ice - that's 4 night per week!
Schedule coming...
Total - 12 hours off-ice, 9 hours on-ice
Maximum 20 athletes - Open to athletes Bantam and older

Cost - $400 per player + GST
4 Week Hockey Skills Program
July 26 - August 17, 2005
2 Sessions on-ice per week for 4 weeks

Total - 9 hours
Maximum 30 athletes - Open to athletes Midget and older
Cost - $180 per player + GST
· Cost includes gymnasium and ice facility rentals
· To register, please download and fill out our Elite Performance Consent Form, and submit it to our offices with cash or cheque (made payable to 'Elite Performance Athletic Therapy').
Specifics
· All off-ice programs include a free Elite Performance Athlete Conditioning T-Shirt
· All on-ice programs include a free Elite Performance Athlete Conditioning Jersey
· Program involves speed, power, balance, co-ordination, agility, and footwork training and more!
· Program does not include weight room instruction or workouts
· Full payment and completed consent forms are required upon registration
