You train hard to stay ahead of the competition, but are you getting maximum results for your efforts? Traditional strength training is a start, but today’s top athletes demand more challenging and sport-specific training techniques. An Elite Performance coach can help you accelerate your sport-specific conditioning like you never thought possible! Our coaches have worked with athletes from many different sports, from the high school level to national and professional teams, and we will share the training techniques of these amazing athletes with you! We will develop a program based upon your individual needs, and boost your conditioning to a whole new level.


Our 1 hour sessions include:
  • Explosive speed and power
  • Acceleration / deceleration
  • Core stabilization
  • Lateral movement and foot speed
  • Dynamic stability and balance
  • Speed, agility, quickness (SAQ)
  • Olympic weight lifting
  • Weight room instruction and education

Initial Consultations

All athletes wishing to work with an Elite Performance coach must undergo an initial consultation session. (Team training sessions do not apply).
After a comprehensive health and fitness assessment and planning session has been completed, each athlete will receive a program that includes written descriptions and pictures of all exercises, and a detailed training schedule. Also included is a one-on-one training session wherein our strength and conditioning coaches will teach proper exercise techniques and explain the program plan in detail.

Initial Consultation – General Conditioning- $120
~ Session 1 - General MicroFit fitness testing, goal setting, and initial program design.
~ Session 2 - Exercise technique instruction and program delivery.
~ Recommended minimum for Elite Performance athletes.

Initial Consultation – Advanced Conditioning - $145
~ Session 1 - Advanced MicroFit fitness testing, goal setting, and initial program design.
~ Session 2 - Exercise technique instruction and program delivery.
~ Recommended for athletes focusing on weight training.

Initial Consultation - Sport-Performance Conditioning- $165 - $220 (varies with tests)
~ Session 1 - Advanced MicroFit fitness testing, sport-performance testing, goal setting, and initial program design.
~ Session 2 - Exercise technique instruction and program delivery.
~ Recommended for multi-directional sport athletes training with weights and for speed/agility.

We encourage people to train together to help reduce cost and to provide the extra motivation that a training partner will bring to each session.
